At GrowthFueling, every project involves professional consulting, research, campaign planning, strategy development, and ongoing optimization. Because these services involve time and expertise, the following refund policy applies.
Before Work Begins
If payment has been received but work has not started, a refund request may be considered after deducting any applicable payment processing charges.
After Work Begins
Once work has commenced, refunds will not be provided for completed services including:
- Google Ads Account Audits
- Campaign Strategy
- Campaign Setup
- Conversion Tracking Setup
- Keyword Research
- Ad Copy Creation
- Campaign Optimization
- Consulting Sessions
These services represent professional work that cannot be returned once delivered.
Monthly Management Services
Google Ads management services operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may discontinue future services by providing notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for work completed during the current billing period.
Google Ads Advertising Spend
Advertising budgets paid directly to Google are not collected or controlled by GrowthFueling.
Any refund requests related to advertising spend are governed solely by Google's policies.
Project Cancellation
Either party may discontinue future work at any time.
Payment remains due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
